Monitoring changes in Immigration Policy and Immigration Law

Holiday Travel Part II: Mexico

Posted on | December 7, 2009 | No Comments

As a brief addendum to our previous post on immigrants traveling during the holidays, we wanted to add a note on travel to Mexico. Due to the extremely high volume of traffic to Mexico during the holidays, the Customs and Border Patrol agency in San Diego has requested that individuals planning to enter Mexico using an I-94 border crossing card please apply for that permit early rather than on the day of travel.

If you have loved ones in Mexico and want to learn about helping them immigrate through a family petition, or if you need other immigration advice, please contact us today for a free consultation.
